I have tried both the shrimp/goat cheese enchiladas at Guajillo AND the buffalo shrimp at Grillfish. The enchiladas have a melt-in-your-mouth, wonderful flavor, and the buffalo shrimp are spicy yet creamy and just plain delicious. You will be asking for more bread to soak up the amazing sauce!
